How I work?

Consultation and planning
We start by talking through your event or project so I understand what the pictures are actually for, and what you want out of the day. That is what tells me how to shoot it. Once I have the details, I come back to you with a quote.

Setup
I arrive early to look at the light, find the best spots and set up whatever lighting the shoot needs. If the brief calls for more than one pair of hands — an assistant, a stylist, a second photographer — I put a crew together from people I have worked with in Stockholm for years. We confirm the plan with you before the first frame, over Zoom or Teams if you cannot be there in person.

The shoot
I work quickly and stay out of the way, so a conference carries on running and a portrait subject stays relaxed. You are welcome to look at images as we go and steer the direction on the spot, rather than find out afterwards that something was missed. Clients who cannot attend in person can follow the shoot over Zoom or Teams.

Selection and editing
After the shoot I go through the full take, pick the strongest frames and edit them — colour correction, exposure, and retouching where it is wanted. If you need something the same day, I can send you the unedited files straight from the card.

Review & Delivery
You review the edited set and I make any revisions you need. Final images are delivered in whatever formats you work with — high-resolution files for print, and sized, compressed versions for web and social media.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does a photographer in Stockholm cost?
Every shoot is quoted individually, because the price depends on what the pictures are for, how long the shoot runs, how many finished images you need and whether it calls for extra crew or lighting. Tell me roughly what, when and where through the contact form and I will come back to you with a quote.
What kind of photography do you do?
Corporate and business photography, events, portraits and headshots, weddings, food and restaurants, and products. If what you need is not on that list, ask anyway — most requests turn out to be a variation on something I have shot before. You can see examples in the portfolio.
Do you work outside Stockholm?
Yes. Stockholm and the surrounding area are covered as standard, and I travel across the rest of Sweden regularly — weddings included.
How soon will I get the photos?
If you need something the same day, I can send you the unedited files straight from the card. The edited set follows once I have gone through the full take, picked the strongest frames and edited them. You review it and I make any revisions you need before final delivery.
What format are the photos delivered in?
Whatever you work with: high-resolution files for print, and sized, compressed versions for web and social media.
Can I see the photos during the shoot?
