I’m Jacob Bjelfvenstam, a freelance event photographer in Stockholm with more than twenty years behind the camera. I photograph conferences, seminars, premieres, product launches, tastings and corporate receptions, and the goal is always the same: a set of images that tells the story of the day, from the speakers and the room to everything happening around the edges.

How it works
Before the event we go through the schedule, the key people and the shots you need. On the day I cover the programme from arrival to the last guest, and I keep an eye out for the small moments that make a set feel alive. Afterwards I edit the images and deliver them via a secure download link. If you need pictures for social media during the event, I can deliver a first selection the same day.
Why book a local event photographer
I know Stockholm’s venues, from conference centres and hotels to restaurants, cinemas and private event spaces, and I’m used to working with international companies, agencies and associations in English. Many clients also need video from the same event. Through my video service Cameraman Stockholm I can film interviews, highlights and full sessions alongside the photography.
Frequently asked questions
How quickly do I get the photos?
Edited images are normally delivered within five working days. A selection for social media can be delivered the same day on request.
Can you photograph and film the same event?
Yes. I can provide both photography and video, so you have one contact for all the visual material from your event.
Do you work with companies outside Sweden?
Yes. I regularly work with international clients and invoice after the event with 30 days’ payment terms.
